If you need to cancel your appointment with us, 

please give at least a 48-hour notice. 

If you cancel after that timeframe, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of what your service would have been. A cancellation within 10 hours of your appointment will result in a 75% fee and a cancellation within two hours of your service or a no show will result in a 100% fee. 

We absolutely understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses can happen, we just ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. We appreciate your continued support!
